You've gotta love a good tinker!

A couple of weeks ago I was given a very old autoharp to restore. I couldn't find any information about this particular instrument but folks on the Autoharp Facebook page were most helpful.
Not to be deterred, I set off applying the little skills and knowledge I do have and learnt a whole lot about this little gem as I went.
It is a single key harp (G) and was obviously meant to be played on a table as the position of the chord bars dictated. The felts were hardly used, only the major chords had any indentations. We added a cover for the string pegs, small English chord labels, tuned it up and tried it out.
I was not prepared for the volume and strength of sound coming form this little instrument. The video is shot as is on a phone - enjoy!
